Growth Manager

We’re building the world’s first decentralized physical museum. We believe the people should be able to curate, own and create culture. But culturally significant items are being locked into private collections and controlled by a select few. We are expanding access and distributing this power through our diverse and expansive global membership base.

We’re looking to hire a Growth Manager who will be responsible for building the Arkive brand across Social Media channels. We’re looking for somebody that has experience developing social strategies, copywriting for creative audiences, building out content calendars, conceptualizing creative, and engaging with audiences on social media channels.

Your Impact

• Develop & manage content across Arkive’s social channels (insta, twitter, linkedin)
• Collaborate with design and editorial to ideate creative & campaigns for social
• Write creative copy and adjust voice/tone based on channel
• Track the success of social posts & metrics
• Develop and maintain the content calendar and content KPIs
• Facilitate engagement with our audience on social by responding to comments and proactively engaging with our audience’s content
• Grow our followers, increase engagement, and drive more traffic to Arkive

Requirements

• 3+ years social media or community management experience
• Passion for the arts and culture space
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Self-starter, proactive, creative, detail-oriented, driven to succeed
• Deep knowledge of social media strategies, tactics, and metrics
• Proficient on Twitter, Instagram, and Linkedin
• Proficient with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, and Figma/Photoshop
